CORN CASSEROLE | |
4 c. cream corn, fresh is better 2 tbsp. sugar 1 tsp. salt 1/4 c. butter, melted 2 eggs, beaten or substitute 2 tbsp. flour or cornstarch 1 1/2 c. milk Combine all above ingredients and place in greased 9 x 12 inch baking dish. Bake 45 to 60 minutes at 350 degrees or until slightly browned. |
