CHRISTMAS COOKIES 
2 sticks butter
1 c. brown sugar
3 eggs, beaten
1/2 c. milk
3 c. plain flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. vanilla
7 c. chopped pecans
6 slices crystalized pineapple (any color)
2 c. crystalized cherries (any color)
1/4 c. raisins

Mix fruit with some of the flour to make chopping easier. Mix all ingredients together. Drop spoonfuls onto a slightly greased baking sheet. Bake at 250 to 300 degrees for 20 minutes. Makes over 4 dozen.
