PLUM JAM | |
4 lbs. plums (not peeled) 1 c. water 1 pkg. sure jell 8 c. sugar Pit plums. Boil with 1 cup water until soft. Boil about 10 minutes. Measure out 6 cups cooked plums. Bring to boil, add sure jell and bring to boil again. Add 8 cups sugar, boil 1 minute. Put in jars and seal with paraffin. |
