BEEF STROGANOFF 
1 1/2 c. onions, chopped
2 tbsp. olive oil
1 lb. steak, cut 1/2 inch wide in strips
1 can tomatoes
1 sm. can mushrooms
2 tbsp. flour
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 c. sour cream

Flour meat and brown. Saute onions until tender in sauce pan, add mushrooms and set aside. Add tomatoes and seasoning to meat and cook 1 hour. Add onion- mushroom mixture and sour cream. Cook another 1/2 hour. Serve over noodles or rice.
