GRANDMA'S HAMBURGER STROGANOFF 
1 lb. hamburger
1 onion, diced
1 tbsp. flour
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 c. sour cream
1 lg. can mushrooms, undrained
1 can beef consomme
1 c. instant rice
Buttered egg noodles

Cook hamburger and onion in a large skillet until hamburger is brown and onion is transparent. Pour off fat. Sprinkle 1 tablespoon flour over hamburger and stir well to absorb any remaining fat. Add Worcestershire sauce, chicken soup, sour cream and mushrooms. Stir well and bring mixture to a boil. Add broth and instant rice. Stir, cover and simmer for 5 minutes or until the rice is done. Serve over buttered egg noodles. Quick and easy!
