BEEF STROGANOFF 
1 1/2 to 2 lbs. sirloin or round steak
1 med. onion, chopped
1 clove garlic or 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1 can sliced mushrooms
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 tsp. soy sauce
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 c. sour cream
3 c. egg noodles, uncooked

Slice steak into strips 1/2 x 3 or 4 inches, dredge in flour and brown quickly in corn oil in skillet. Remove meat, saute onions and garlic. Add mushrooms, soups and sauces. Gently stir in meat. Cover and simmer 25 minutes. Add sour cream. (Do not simmer after sour cream has been added.)

In the meantime, cook the noodles per package directions. Drain and serve the steak mixture over the noodles.
