CRABMEAT CASSEROLE 
1 lb. crabmeat
1 sm. bell pepper
1 sm. onion
1 block sharp cheddar cheese
1/2 block butter
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 can Pet milk
1 can mushroom soup
Ritz crackers
Parmesan cheese

Saute peppers and onions (finely chopped) in butter until tender. Grate cheese and add to peppers and onions. Add Worcestershire sauce and mushroom soup. Add Pet milk as desired. Add crabmeat.

Mash up Ritz crackers and add to bottom of casserole dish. Add a layer of crabmeat mixture, etc. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
