SHRIMP & CRABMEAT CASSEROLE 
4 tbsp. butter
4 tbsp. flour
1 c. milk
1 c. chicken broth
1 c. chopped celery
1 c. chopped onion
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
Few drops hot sauce
1 c. soft bread crumbs
2 boiled eggs, chopped
1 lb. shrimp, boiled & cleaned
1 c. crabmeat

Make white sauce from flour, butter, milk and chicken broth. Add other ingredients. Pour into greased casserole. Top with bread crumbs. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
