EASY PUMPKIN PIE 
1 can pumpkin (not pumpkin pie mix)
1 can sweetened condensed milk
2 eggs beaten
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 tsp. ground ginger
1 frozen deep dish pie shell

Mix all ingredients well and pour into pie shell. Place on cookie sheet.

Bake at 400°F for 15 minutes, then decrease to 350°F and bake for 45 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
