CHICKEN CURRY 
3 to 4 chicken breasts, cooked up
Salt & dash of pepper, to taste
2 cans French-style green beans
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 tsp. curry powder
1 c. shredded sharp cheese (opt.)
1/2 c. Hellmann's mayonnaise
1 tsp. lemon juice

Cook and boil chicken (legs could also be used). Drain and cut up in small pieces. Place in 9 x 13 inch pan over green beans. Mix together soup, mayonnaise, lemon juice and curry powder. Pour over chicken. Sprinkle cheese on top. Bake at 375 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes. Serves 6 to 8.
