SIRLOIN TIP ROAST 
5 or 6 lb. sirloin tip roast
Olive oil
1 c. dry red wine
Lemon pepper
Rosemary
Salt
Garlic powder
Thyme

Rub a roast with olive oil. Place in 350 degree oven. Rub lemon pepper, thyme, rosemary, salt and garlic powder on roast. Roast 20 minutes per pound. One half hour before ready, pour a cup of red wine over. This is marvelous cold.
