BAKED CHICKEN SANDWICHES 
12 slices bread, cut off crusts
1 1/2 c. cooked chicken
3 hard boiled eggs
1/2 c. Hellmann's mayonnaise
1 (8 oz.) can mushrooms
1/4 c. grated onion
1 c. grated sharp Cheddar or American cheese, reserve some
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 (16 oz.) sour cream

Line 9 x 13 inch greased pan with 6 slices of bread. Mix chicken, egg, mayonnaise, mushrooms, onions and cheese together. Spread filling on bread. Cover with remaining bread.

Mix together sour cream and soup. Cover sandwiches with this mixture. Refrigerate overnight this is a must. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Sprinkle with reserved cheese and bake an additional 5 minutes.
