CHICKEN DIJON 
3 lg. boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1/2 c. mayonnaise (Hellmann's low-fat)
5 tbsp. Grey Poupon dijon mustard
3 tbsp. parsley flakes

Mix mayonnaise, mustard and parsley together. Spread 1/2 of mixture on chicken breasts. Broil approximately 5 inches from heat for 6 minutes. Turn breasts, spread with remaining mixture and broil another 6 minutes or until thoroughly cooked. Serves 6.
