MARINADE FOR CHICKEN 
1 c. lemon juice
2 tbsp. Grey Poupon Parisan mustard
1 dash Italian seasoning
Dash of fresh basil
Dash of rosemary
Dash of thyme
1/2 tsp. garlic, chopped

Marinate your chicken in this mixture 2 hours prior to grilling. I use boneless, skinless breast of chicken. Keep basting during grilling.
