GARDEN RELISH 
1 c. tarragon vinegar
1 c. sugar
2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. celery seed
1/2 tsp. mustard seed
2 c. sliced cabbage
1 lg. sweet red pepper, seeded and cubed
1 lg. green pepper, seeded and cubed
1 onion, sliced
2 carrots, sliced

Blend vinegar, sugar and seasonings 10 seconds. Add all remaining ingredients and chop 10 seconds. Turn into glass or plastic refrigerator container and chill 24 hours. Pour off excess liquid before serving. Makes about 3 1/2 cups relish.
