BACON DIP 
1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1/4 c. sour cream
2 tsp. ketchup
1 tsp. prepared mustard
1/8 tsp. ground ginger
8 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled

Combine first 5 ingredients; beat at medium speed with an electric mixer until smooth. Stir in bacon. Makes 1 cup of dip. I enjoy serving this dip with assorted crackers at our weekly fall tailgate picnics before the home Clemson football games.
