“APRICOT GLAZE” IS IN:

APRICOT GLAZE 
1 cup apricot juice
1 1/2 cups sugar

In a heavy saucepan, boil down the syrup until thick. Cool and refrigerate.

Use this transparent glaze to paint over the tops of fruit tarts, and fruits in baked goods, such as strawberries, apricots, cherries, etc.
