STUFFED CABBAGE 
3 lbs. hamburger
2 c. long grain rice
1 lg. cabbage
1 piece salt pork
Tomato sauce

Cook hamburger; drain grease. Cook rice according to box. Slice salt pork 1/2- inch thick. After all cook, mix rice and hamburger together and salt and pepper to taste (onion if desired).

Take a leaf of cabbage; place hamburger mix in middle of leaf and roll. Continue until hamburger mix is gone.

Place a layer of sauce on bottom of pan using a roaster, then a layer of cabbage, a slice of salt pork, a layer of sauce. Continue until pan is full. Cover top with sauce. Cook at 350 degrees until cabbage is soft.
