SPINACH & THIN NOODLES | |
12 oz. fine noodles 2 pkgs. cooked, drained spinach 5 eggs 1 lb. butter 2 c. coffee lightner 2 pkgs. onion soup Cook noodles; drain. Mix noodles with spinach and butter. Mix eggs, coffee lightner and onion soup in separate bowl. Pour mixture over noodles with spinach and mix thoroughly. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 to 1 1/2 hours in 13"x9" pan. |
