SPINACH & NOODLES PARMESAN 
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach
1 (10 3/4 oz.) can condensed cream of celery soup
1/2 c. sour cream
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1/8 tsp. black pepper
1/8 tsp. ground nutmeg
Generous dash of cayenne pepper
2 c. cooked wide egg noodles (6 oz. uncooked)

Place chopped onion in 2 quart microwave casserole dish. Cover with lid; microwave on high 3 minutes or until tender, stirring once during cooking. Add spinach. Cover, microwave on high 5 minutes or until spinach is thawed, stirring twice during cooking. Stir in soup, then sour cream, cheese and seasonings. Cover, microwave on medium 8 minutes or until hot, stirring once during cooking. Add hot noodles, toss to coat. Yield: 6 servings.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
