USE YOUR NOODLE CHEESE & SPINACH
TOSS
 
8 oz. wide noodles
1 clove garlic, chopped fine
1 pkg. (10 oz.) frozen chopped spinach, thawed & drained
1/4 c. oil
Salt & pepper to taste
1/2 tsp. basil
3 tbsp. chopped fresh parsley
8 oz. creamed cottage cheese
1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese

Cook noodles as package directs. In large skillet saute garlic and spinach in oil for 5 minutes. Stir in basil, parsley and cottage cheese. Add salt an d pepper. Drain noodles and toss with cheese and vegetable mixture. Stir in the grated cheese. Serve at once.
