CHEESE AND SPINACH CASSEROLE 
1 carton creamed cottage cheese
3 eggs
1/4 c. butter (oleo)
1/4 lb. American cheese
1/2 pkg. frozen spinach
3 tbsp. flour

Combine cottage cheese and eggs. Melt butter and add. Cut cheese into coarse pieces. Cut spinach while still frozen into chunks and mix with cottage cheese mixture. Add flour. Stir. Bake at 350 degrees for approximately 1 hour or until set. (You may substitute frozen chopped broccoli.)
