SPINACH CASSEROLE 
1 pkg. frozen chopped spinach
3 eggs
4 tbsp. flour
1/4 lb. American cheese
1/4 lb. brick cheese
1/4 c. butter
1 lb. carton sm. curd cottage cheese
Salt and pepper to taste

Cook spinach, according to package, drain and cool. Beat eggs, add to spinach along with butter, flour, salt, and pepper.

Stir to blend with cheeses, cubes, and cottage cheese. Spoon into casserole. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees.
