SPINACH CASSEROLE | |
1 pkg. frozen chopped spinach 3 eggs, beaten 4 oz. shredded cheddar cheese 1/2 stick butter, melted (1/4 c.) 12 oz. cottage cheese 3 tbsp. flour Mix together flour and cottage cheese. Add shredded cheddar and melted butter. Mix in chopped spinach, which has been thawed and drained thoroughly. Add 3 beaten eggs. Bake uncovered in 1 1/2 to 2 quart casserole or souffle dish or 1 hour at 350 degrees. |
