SPINACH CHEESE CASSEROLE 
1 1/2 c. creamed cottage cheese
3 eggs
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach, thawed, well drained
2 tbsp. onion, finely chopped
2 tbsp. sunflower seeds; optional
1 c. cubed cheese (4 oz.)
4 tbsp. flour

Combine all ingredients and mix well. Put in greased loaf pan. Bake 1 hour in a 350 degree oven or until top is brown.

This can be prepared early in the day and refrigerated until baking time. Serves 6.
