UNDER THE SEAS SALAD 
1 (3 oz.) pkg. lime Jello
1 med. can fruit cocktail. drained
1/2 lb. cream cheese
1 tbsp. vinegar
1/4 tsp. ground ginger

Dissolve Jello in 1 cup boiling water. Add enough water to fruit juice to make 2 cups.

Add to Jello.

Pour 1/2 Jello in mold. Add vinegar. Let set.

Cool the other half of Jello until thick.

Whip this half in blender. Add cream cheese and ginger. Whip until smooth. Add drained fruit and pour over the Jello in the mold.
