HASH BROWN CASSEROLE 
10 cups hash browns
1/4 cup + 2 tbsp. butter
1 can cream of chicken soup
12 oz. sour cream
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup chopped green onions
2 cups grated cheese
1 cup crushed corn flakes

Pour 1/4 cup melted butter into 9 x 13 baking dish. Add 5 cups of frozen hash browns. Mix soup, sour cream, milk and green onions in separate bowl. pour 1/2 mixture over hash browns. Sprinkle 1 cup grated cheese on top. Add remainder of hash browns and mixture on top. Sprinkle with remaining cheese. Then cover with covered corn flakes. Drizzle 2 Tbsp. melted butter on top.

Bake at 375°F for 55 minutes.

Microwave: Cook 16 to 20 minutes, turning dish 1/4 turn 4 times during cooking.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
