SIMPLE STRAWBERRY SALAD MOLD 
2 (3 oz.) pkgs. strawberry Jell-O
1 c. boiling water
2 (10 oz.) pkgs. frozen sliced strawberries, thawed
1 (1 lb. 4 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
3 med. ripe bananas, mashed
Chopped nuts (optional)
1 pt. sour cream

(Can be made in large green Tupperware bowl.)

Combine Jell-O with water in large pan stirring until dissolved. Fold in strawberries, pineapple, banana and nuts. Turn 1/2 of mixture into mold. Refrigerate until firm, at least 1 1/2 hours.

Spread sour cream evenly over Jell-O mixture (you may not use all of the sour cream). Spoon on remaining Jell-O mixture gently. Refrigerate until firm and ready to serve. Open mold VERY slowly.
