6 English muffins
1 heart-shaped cookie cutter
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
2 c. Mozzarella cheese, grated
2 tsp. oregano
1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cut muffins apart to make 12. Use cookie cutter to make heart out of muffins. Place hearts on cookie sheet. Top each with a spoonful of tomato sauce. Sprinkle each with oregano and then Parmesan cheese. Bake for 10 minutes or until the cheese is melted. Remove with spatula and enjoy! Good for kids party.
