CASSEROLE ST. JACQUES 
1 lb. scallops or halibut
1 c. dry white wine
1 sm. onion
1 tbsp. snipped parsley
2 tsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. salt

OTHER INGREDIENTS:

4 tbsp. butter
6 tbsp. flour
1 c. light cream
1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
1 lg. tin lobster
1 c. sliced mushrooms

In saucepan bring scallop mixture to boil and simmer 5 minutes. Drain - reserve 1 cup liquid.
