BEER BATTER FOR CHICKEN 
Best for chicken wings:

1 c. flour
1 can warm beer
2 eggs
1/2 c. sour cream
1 tsp. cinnamon

Mix all of the ingredients together until smooth. This makes enough batter for 15 to 20 wings. The cinnamon adds a special zest. For crunchier crust, flour chicken wings on both sides before dipping in batter.
