CHICKEN NOODLE CASSEROLE 
8 oz. noodles
1 sm. onion, chopped
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can chicken broth or broth from baking chicken
1 tbsp. parsley
Leftover chicken, cut in chunks

Boil noodles and onions according to package directions. Drain and mix with cream of chicken soup, chicken broth and parsley. Put into baking dish, cover and bake at 325 to 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until hot.
