CHICKEN NOODLE CASSEROLE | |
8 oz. noodles 3/4 c. dairy sour cream 3/4 c. milk 1 can cream of mushroom soup 1/4 tsp. pepper 2 tbsp. butter 2 cans chicken (about the size of tuna or 2 c. cooked chicken) 1 1/2 tsp. salt 1/4 c. dry bread crumbs 1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese Heat oven to 350 degrees. Cook noodles as directed. Return noodles to pot, stir in chicken, sour cream, milk, soup, salt and pepper. Pour into ungreased 2 quart casserole. Mix bread crumbs, cheese and butter. Sprinkle on top. Bake uncovered 35-40 minutes until bubbly. |
