1/2 c. brown sugar
1/3 c. light corn syrup
3/4 c. peanut butter
2 1/2 c. raisin bran cereal
1/2 c. chocolate chips

Cook sugar and syrup - bring to boil. Remove from heat. Stir in peanut butter until smooth. Stir in raisin bran cereal. Pour into lightly greased 9x9 pan and sprinkle with chocolate chips while still warm.
