MEXICO: MEXICAN DIP 
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. onion, chopped
1/2 c. catsup
3 tsp. chili powder
1 tsp. salt
2 cans chili hot beans

Brown meat and onion. Mash beans and add with other ingredients. Heat. Arrange in ring around top: 1 cup grated cheddar cheese, 1/2 cup chopped onion and 1 can sliced black olives. Serve with corn chips.
