POTATO CASSEROLE 
2 lb. bag frozen hash browns
1 pt. Hellmann's mayonnaise
1 lb. Velveeta cheese, cut in cubes
1/2 lb. bacon

Stir in potatoes, cheese and mayonnaise. Put in 9x13 inch pan. Crumble cooked bacon on top. Bake at 325 degrees for 45 minutes. Burns easily.
