7-LAYER CASSEROLE 
4-5 sliced potatoes, uncooked
1 med. onion, chopped
1 green pepper, chopped
1 lb. ground chuck, uncooked
1 c. cooked rice
1 can tomato soup
1/2 can water
Velveeta cheese slices
5 slices bacon, cut up

Mix together soup and water. Layer in 9x13 inch glass baking dish in order given. Cover with Velveeta cheese slices and bacon. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 1/2 hours. Cover for first 45 minutes. Uncover and finish baking.
