CHRISTMAS ICE CREAM 
2 c. raspberry juice
1 c. raspberries
1 c. nutmeats
3 c. miniature marshmallows
1 pt. whipping cream, whipped
Decorative candy stars or silver balls

Canned works better than frozen.

Heat juice from drained berries and dissolve marshmallows. Stir constantly. When marshmallows are dissolved, cool and then fold in raspberries, nuts and last gently fold in whipped cream. Freeze mixture in Pyrex glass dish (28x14x8) or use ice cube trays filled 1/2 full. Decorate, if you wish, with stars or silver balls before freezing. Cut into squares to serve.
