1 lg. yellow cake mix
4 eggs
1/2 c. oil
1 can mandarin oranges, with juice

Mix cake mix, eggs, oil and juice of oranges. Beat 4 minutes and add oranges during last minute. Pour into greased and floured 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes. Cool. Frost when cool. Refrigerate leftovers.

FROSTING:

1 lg. can crushed pineapple, with juice
1 sm. box instant vanilla pudding (dry)
8 oz. Cool Whip

Mix together.
