EASY BROWNIES 
1 c. flour
2 heaping tbsp. cocoa
1/2 tsp. baking powder
3/4 tsp. salt
1 c. sugar
2 eggs
2/3 c. Wesson oil
1 tsp. vanilla
Pecans, chopped

Sift cocoa, flour, baking powder and salt. If using self-rising flour, omit baking powder and salt. Beat sugar in eggs. Mix in Wesson oil. Add flour all at once. Bake at 350 degrees for about 20 minutes. Do not allow batter to rise. Shake pan or stick with fork before removing from oven to see if brownies are done.
