BACON AND EGG BAKE 
1-2 lbs. bacon
1 lb. grated cheddar cheese
1 dozen eggs
1 c. milk
Salt & pepper to taste
Bread without crust

Layer a 9"x13" cake pan with the bread slices. Fry and crumble the bacon and sprinkle over the bread. Top with cheese. Mix together eggs, milk and salt and pepper and pour over the bacon. Let sit overnight in the refrigerator. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour.

Variations: Add mushrooms, onions, ham or crushed red peppers.
