POLYNESIAN HAM TOSS 
1 (15 1/2 oz.) can pineapple chunks
4 c. torn lettuce
2 c. cubed fully cooked ham
1/2 c. sliced water chestnuts
2 tbsp. sliced green onions
1/3 c. peanuts or pecans
1/2 c. dairy sour cream
1/2 tsp. ground ginger

Drain pineapple, reserving 2 tablespoons syrup. In salad bowl, combine pineapple chunks, ham, lettuce, water chestnuts, green onions, and nuts. Combine sour cream, 2 tablespoons reserved pineapple syrup, and ginger. Pour over salad and toss. 4 servings.
