BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
2 pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
1 lg. onion, chopped
1 stick butter
1 can mushroom soup
1 c. Cheez Whiz
1/2 c. almonds
1 c. toasted bread crumbs

Cook broccoli. Saute onions with butter in large skillet. Add mushroom soup, Cheez Whiz and almonds. Cook over low heat, stir constantly until cheese melts. Mix well with drained broccoli and place in a casserole dish. Sprinkle bread crumbs on top. Bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes.

You can use fresh broccoli if you wish.
