GAZPACHO SOUP 
1 1/2 c. tomato juice
1 c. chopped tomato
1 beef bouillon cube
1/4 c. chopped cucumber
2 tbsp. chopped green pepper
2 tbsp. vinegar
1 tbsp. oil
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 tbsp. cilantro
3 drops Tabasco
1/4 c. sour cream

Heat tomato juice to boiling. Add bouillon, tomatoes and stir until bouillon dissolved. Stir in all remaining ingredients, except sour cream. Refrigerate until cool. Serve cold with a dollop of sour cream.
