SPAGHETTI & MEATBALLS 
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
1 med. onion, grated
1 beaten egg
1/2 c. bread crumbs
1/2 tsp. minced garlic
1/4-1/2 c. milk
Salt, pepper & Italian seasoning to taste

SAUCE:

32 oz. jar Ragu (or whatever you like)
Pinch of fennel seeds

Mix all meatball ingredients well. Shape into 12 meatballs. Brown well (can bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour or so). Simmer in sauce 1-2 hours. Serve with spaghetti and more Parmesan cheese.
