EASY BLUEBERRY CAKE 
3/4 c. sugar
1 egg
2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 c. soft shortening
1/2 c. milk
2 tsp. baking powder
2 c. blueberries

Mix sugar, shortening and egg. Stir in milk. Sift dry ingredients together and fold in. Next fold in blueberries and spread in 9 x 9 inch pan (greased). Mix: 1/3 c. flour 1/4 c. soft butter 1/2 tsp. cinnamon

Sprinkle on top. Bake at 375 degrees for 45 to 50 minutes. Serve warm or cold.
