SAUSAGE - CHEESE BISCUITS 
1 lb. extra sharp Cheddar cheese, shredded
1 lb. hot bulk pork sausage, crumbled
3 c. buttermilk Bisquick mix

Melt cheese in top of double boiler. Add sausage. Cook about 20 minutes or until sausage looses pink color, stirring occasionally.

Combine cheese mixture and biscuit mix, stirring until well blended. Shape dough into 1 inch balls and place on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 425 degrees for 15 minutes or until brown.
