HOT DEVILED EGGS 
Hard boil 1 dozen eggs, cool and cut in half lengthwise. Mash yolks and add:

1/2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. pickle relish
1 tsp. pickle juice
1/4 tsp. onion powder
1/3 c. mayonnaise
1 tsp. mustard
1 tsp. lemon juice

Mix well and fill egg whites. Place in well greased 9"x13" dish. Cover with white sauce (recipe below). Top with potato chips or sprinkle with paprika, 3 teaspoons snipped parsley and 1/3 cup Parmesan cheese. Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until hot and bubbly. Cool 5 minutes. Serves 10 to 12.

WHITE SAUCE:

4 tbsp. butter
4 tbsp. flour
2 c. + 2 tbsp. milk
1/2 tsp. salt

Melt butter in saucepan over medium heat. Stir in flour until mixture is smooth and bubbly. Add milk slowly, cook and stir until sauce is smooth and bubbles. Season with salt.
