HOT DEVILED EGGS 
6 hard-cooked eggs
1 tbsp. chopped green onions
1 tbsp. chopped fresh parsley
3-4 jarred jalapeno peppers, seeded, finely chopped
1/4 c. mayonnaise
1 tsp. prepared mustard
1 oz. (1/4 c.) shredded Cheddar cheese
Chili powder

Cut eggs in half; remove yolks; place in small bowl and mash. Add green onion, jalapeno peppers, parsley, mayonnaise and mustard; blend well. Fill each egg with mixture. Top each egg with cheese, then sprinkle with chili powder.
