BAD-ASS DEVILED EGGS 
Best deviled eggs EVER!!!

1 dozen large eggs
fresh jar of horseradish
grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 (1 lb.) pkg. bacon (about 8 strips)
FRANK'S® RedHot hot sauce
mayonnaise (I use light)

Boil eggs. Shell and slice in half lengthwise. Scoop out egg yolks into a bowl.

Fry bacon to crispy, crunch up bacon into little pieces.

Mix mayonnaise, egg yolks, 2/3rds of bacon, couple tablespoons of horseradish, couple tablespoons of Parmesan cheese and about 8 to 10 shakes of FRANK'S® hot sauce. Mix and add to suit taste and consistency, more Parmesan cheese will thicken batter, more horseradish and hot sauce will thin batter.

Scoop yolk batter into egg halves, top each egg with leftover bacon bits. Refrigerate.
